B&B Cancellation Policy

We wish to promote the best possible relationship with our guests, however experience has led us to introduce the following cancellation policies.

  • Please notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours before the start of your stay. Every effort will be made to re-let the room/s, however if we are unable to re-let, we will charge you for the rooms & meals booked.
  • No shows will result in the total booking value being charged to your card. We advise you to have travel insurance in place for the period you are due to stay with us, incase you can't make it at the last minute.

SELF CATERING CANCELLATION POLICY

      If you cancel or amend your booking then please telephone or email us as soon as possible.

      If you cancel your booking less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date we reserve the right to

      retain the initial deposit and the rental as follows: 3-4 weeks prior 50% of your booking, 2-3 weeks

      prior 75% of your booking & 0-2 weeks 100% of your booking unless we are able to secure

      another booking for the property, less any discounts or costs that we may incur.

     For bookings at Christmas & new year the policy is as follows: If you cancel your booking less

     12 weeks prior to your arrival date we reserve the right to retain the initial deposit and the rental

     as follows: 8-12 weeks prior 50% of your booking, 4-8 weeks pior 75% of your booking & 0-4 weeks

     100% of your booking unless we are able to secure another booking for the property, less any

     discounts or costs we may incur.
